Supporta’s continuing care service is designed to support and care for people with complex and unpredictable health needs.
Supporta Care provides home care support under contractual relationships with 47 Local Authorities and Primary Care Trusts across the UK. Many of our services are jointly funded through a combination of one or more of the following; direct payments, Local Authority Social Services, the Independent Living Fund and Primary Care Trusts.
We are proud of our track record and have been providing commissioners with the best possible specialist services since 1993. Dedicated to the people we work with and for, Supporta are:
