

Care Coordinator, Mears Care (Farringdon Branch)
Reporting to Branch Manager and to be liaising with Senior Managers & Directors of Mears Care.
Main duties:
To work under the direction of the Manager to monitor, roster and manage the work of the team
To work within the requirements of the “National Care Standards” are aware of and abide by all company policies and procedures
Maintaining the provision of care ensure adequate cover and on-call arrangements are in place
To be responsible for the effective recruitment, supervision, development, performance management and mentor to the Care Workers
Full information is logged for Care Worker and Service User files
Production of invoicing information and wages information
Accurate and reliable care planning/rostering, dates are logged for monitoring, supervision monitoring and assessments
To ensure on-call arrangements are in place
Monitor and supervise Care Team to ensure a high standard of care, matching care Worker to Service User requirements
To assist on a panel for Care Worker recruitment, following Company procedures
To maintain up-to-date records of Care Workers and Service Users
To attend meetings with senior managers and Directors on a regular basis
To produce comprehensive and detailed monthly reports prescribed by Branch manager
Care Coordinator, Patching Lodge, Brighton, Extra Care Scheme

Main duties:
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Care Coordinator to lead and manage the Care Services of a well established Extra Care housing complex
You will need to be creative and dynamic with strong leadership skills in a care setting
It is essential you have experience in working with Service Users to achieve positive outcomes
Receptionist, Chiswick
An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our Chiswick Branch. The successful candidate will manage a busy switchboard efficiently ensuring calls are picked up quickly, dealt with professionally and transferred to the appropriate person (40 hours per week).
Other duties will include:
Ensure dishwasher is empty daily and kitchen tidy
Ensuring visitors sign in
Ensuring the reception area is tidy
Checking that the daily cleaning has been completed to an acceptable standard
Deal with all visitors to the office in a polite and professional manner
Ensuring that maintenance issues are reported appropriately
Distributing all incoming post
Franking post and sending recorded delivery items
Date stamping all timesheets submitted by our carers
General adhoc duties
Skills / criterion required include:
A minimum of two years reception experience or similar would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Flexible approach with a friendly, positive attitude
Service focused with a professional approach
The ability to multi task
