Our service comprises specialist teams of highly trained, motivated healthcare assistants and support staff, led by experienced Case Managers who provide regular formal clinical supervision.
Through working in partnership with health and social care commissioners and NHS clinical colleagues we are able to offer exceptional levels of service. This is achieved by ensuring our policies and procedures are fully compliant with – and aim to exceed – both local and national minimum standards. We have extensive experience in developing and implementing protocols/policies pertinent to individual care packages in order to ensure:
• Safe and appropriate practice
• Individual staff receive the appropriate induction and training required to develop the skills and competencies needed to deliver appropriate care
• Proactive rather than reactive processes that improve the quality of care provision
• Monitoring and auditing safe practice within the workplace
