Our Community and Environment Goals
- To improve the lives of people living within our communities
- To reduce prejudice and improve understanding of differences within our diverse communities
- To provide career and skills development opportunities to those needing them the most
- To be a positive contributor to our environment.
In 2010 Mears 1,082 staff dedicated 17,033 hours to community and volunteering projects and 549 projects were delivered.
