Supporta Care provides a tailor-made service designed to offer professional, flexible and sympathetic care to the terminally ill and their families. We have a truly holistic approach to end of life care.
This service offers real choice for patients to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own home. If a patient is in hospital, we can offer support to assist in an early discharge and allow them to receive their appropriate care at home.
Our palliative care service is provided by specifically selected and trained staff. Our in house palliative care training has been developed with an NHS hospice to ensure that it meets the needs of this group of service users and their families.
Through our palliative care experience, Supporta Care have also contributed to the NHS “End of Life Programme” of research.
